Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
After-school Program
You can cancel your next month's order by providing a valid reason on or before the 15th of the current month.
Summer Program
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your module order within 7 days of registration and do not provide any reason. No refund will be issued for a module if a student attends a single class in that module in a summer program.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your valid cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Returning Goods or Materials
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Student Drop-off & Pick-up
Only authorized parents or guardians can pick up a child from the program location after signing a logbook with the date and time.
Before the program starts, parents or guardians must provide a list of authorized individuals who can pick up their child, including their address, mobile phone number, and email address.
After-School Program
Free one-way transportation after school is provided for your child from their school to our program location. Please get in touch with us for more details!
Student drop-off is between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM EST at the location where the program is held. Pick-up is at the program location between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM EST.
It is the responsibility of the parents to inform us in advance if their child is not attending our class on any working day.
Summer Program
Student drop-off is at 9:00 AM EST at the program location. Pick-up is between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM EST.
A late pick-up fee of $1 per minute will be charged after the scheduled pick-up time.
Students must not bring weapons, knives, blades, sharp objects, gold, expensive ornaments, excess cash, toys, etc., to the program. It is the parent or guardian's responsibility to remove these items from the student's bag. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage associated with these items.
After-School or Summer Program
We treat all students equally and do not discriminate against any student on race, color, religion, caste, creed, or sex. However, we reserve the right to cancel the admission of any student whose behavior or the behavior of their parents or guardians negatively affects the learning environment. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
Please note that online submission of student registration forms is a pre-requisite for attending any program at the Hamsa Vahini Premium Tutoring.
Students must bring their supplies (pencils, pens, erasers, notebooks, slates, tissues, water bottles, lunch, snacks, etc.). Please refer to the program page on the website for other guidelines. Slates are recommended for certain subjects (e.g., Telugu optional). We advise students to bring a slate if applicable.
There is no refrigeration available at the program location.
Please ensure, your child is potty-trained and can use the restroom facilities appropriately.
We allow birthday celebrations during lunch or snack time. However, food with allergens is not permitted.
Emergency
Please do not send your child to the program if they are experiencing any health issues such as flu, fever, cough, running nose, eye disease, diarrhea, etc. If we notice any concerning health issues with your child, we will contact you to pick them up immediately. If your response is delayed, we may call 911 for emergency assistance. All medical and other expenses associated with your child's emergency will be covered by the parent or guardian who agreed and signed the registration form.
Before attending a program, parents or guardians must provide Hamsa Vahini Premium Tutoring with accurate information about their child's healthcare policy. Additionally, please inform us of any student allergies, including food allergens, and any necessary precautions.
The program may be canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
The location, time, and date of a program may change based on circumstances. We try our best to inform you in advance through phone calls, text messages, email, or social media. However, we cannot guarantee these notifications.
Public Holidays, No-School Days, or Early Release Days
Hamsa Vahini Premium Tutoring does not hold sessions on public holidays, days when schools are closed, or early release days. Please refer to the current MCPS Calendar for specific dates.
